- Fill out the online refill request form with your information and prescription details.
- Submit the form, and our team will handle the transfer process for you.

In-Person Transfer:
- Visit our pharmacy located at 4108 Redan Rd. Ste. A Stone Mountain | GA – 30083.
- Speak to one of our friendly staff members at the counter.
- Provide them with your current prescription bottle or prescription information.
- We will take care of contacting your doctor’s office and refilling your prescription at Redan Community Pharmacy.
From Doctor’s Office:
- Simply ask your Prescriber to send prescription to the Redan Community Pharmacy through SureScripts.
- Redan Community Pharmacy is proudly registered at USA’s biggest ePrescription Network, SureScripts.
- Redan Community Pharmacy is EPSC certified, and your prescribers can also send controlled prescriptions to us using SureScripts.
